Born from the mist-laden valleys of Assam, Arrllonaaz is a slow-living home fragrance and self-care brand: handcrafted by women, for souls who believe in the ritual of scent.

It began in 2019 as House by Tanaaz, hand-poured candles and artisanal fragrances, founded by Dr. Tassren at IIT Guwahati. Alongside co-founder Nasrrin and fashion designer Tassmem, three sisters built a brand rooted in the untold luxury of the North East, its forests, its rituals, its unhurried grace.

We believe in slow living, sustainable choices, and the healing power of scent. And we believe in giving back: 30% of every purchase supports animal welfare initiatives.

Conceptually, our name tells our story:

"Arrllo" – the wild, lush echo of the North East. (Arlo is a primarily masculine name of Old English and Spanish origin, commonly meaning "fortified hill" or "hill". It is often associated with a whimsical, nature-inspired feel)/Arlo (pronounced /ˈɑːɹ. loʊ/) is a unisex given name. Some sources state it to be of Old English origin, meaning "endless energy"; it was first used by Edmund Spenser, who "evidently invented" it, as the name of a hill where the gods debate in his poem The Faerie Queene (1590 and 1596)/the Greek God of Order, Hierachy, and Defense

"Naaz" – pride and sisterhood, hidden within the names of our three founders (Tassren, Nasrrin & Tassmem)+Shahnaz.
